★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duca DONT CARE. On Oct 31st I called in and booked at appointment with Brain for Nov 07 at 5.30. Subsequently i received a call that Brian will not be in n Nov 07 , so we rescheduled for following Thursday Nov 14. I show up at 5.15 to be told that the person who booked my appointment has double booked and hence I cannot be served. I would have been a NEW client for them. They dont care for new business. SHAME on the TEAM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service is really bad here. This stems right from the manager who shows no attempt to keep customers and come across as a dictator rather than a branch manager. Sorry DUCA! You could do better! Way to lose business! Never forget that customers have choices. You are not the only credit union in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though I don't have an account to Duca I stopped to withdraw money at the bank machine and needed certain denomination of bills so I walked in and the teller was very helpful very conscientious responsible and knowledgeable so I think God Duca Credit Union is in fact a good place to bank
