I just came to Canada a few weeks ago and my boyfriend sent me some flowers, those are the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen in my life. The delivery guy was super attentive, he called me to let me know I would receive a surprise. Thank you for this arrangement.

We have ordered from the Toronto Flower Co. many many times. They have always put together beautiful and full arrangements with fresh flowers. Will come back again for all occasions.

I have had some less than mediocre experiences with floral arrangement delivery in the GTA so I was bracing for the worst. SURPRISE! No disappointments with Toronto Flower Co.! The arrangement was for a friend and she was ecstatic about the freshness and the vibrancy. It arrived early in the day so no chance for wilting from being on the delivery van all day. From the pics, the arrangement looked exactly as described and pictured on their website. Yes! I definitely will purchase again.

Was gifted an amazing bouquet for my birthday earlier this year. Deliver was a bit later in the evening, after 7 so I’m glad it was coming to my home instead of office but fantastic. The driver was so friendly and the flowers lasted a nice while

Roxy from Flower Co. made my dreams come true for my flowers for my winter wedding. The arrangements were simply gorgeous and so fresh and fragrant. The bouquet was perfect and lasted for more than a week. Every floral piece down to the corsages for my grandparents were so beautiful. Roxy went above and beyond. Our wedding occured in February 2022 when restrictions from COVID were constantly changing. She was so accomodating and the Flower Co. did a great job. The arch as seen in pictures was so pretty and the flowers down the aisle so nice that I kept looking at them instead of my husband. Thank you for making my wedding so special.

[edited rating from 2 stars] I usually prefer to pick up flowers in person but due to work I have to order my flowers online and decided to give this place a try because the peonies looked nice. Delivery and hand off was great. The flowers are still pretty but the type of peony isn't as full as the ones displayed on the website. I realize that it's actually a different type of peony so even when they're fully bloomed, it's not as big and luscious. A few stems were also a bit empty after blooming compared to the other ones that opened very nicely. The color I opted for was also coral but these look like a vibrant pink. I'm not too picky about that but was just unexpected. Overall still nice a bouquet.

Just awful. My wife got a flower arrangement from our kids for her birthday. The flowers started dropping and dying within 24 hours. She wrote a review and the company said they'd send her a new arrangement. That arrangement came 11 days later, yesterday, and below are three photos for you to see for yourself. My wife was told that the arrangement was on its way at 2 pm. It arrived at our condo ^ hours later, at 8:15 pm. The vase was warm, and as you can see from the photo below the flowers were already dropping petals, and some were wilted. See photo below. There were a number of damaged or old flowers with dying blooms that we immediately had to removed. I wonder if they sent her old unsold flowers as the state of this arrangement is worse than the first one. And the final straw was the ribbon which had obviously been used before and was in terrible condition. See photo below. What I don't understand is why send old flowers with a tired ribbon to a customer who already was unhappy with your service? It would have been better to just leave our review alone rather than send this arrangement.

I’m so disappointed in my experience ordering from Toronto Flower Co. I don’t understand how you can send out an arrangement for Mother’s Day with wilted roses and petals that have already begun to brown. That is definitely Not the quality I was expecting. I am updating my review of this company. A representative contacted me to rectify the situation. She upgraded the initial arrangement I chose and resent it with additional roses. Most of the flowers are beautiful and crisp but I still received some with brown petals. From my experience ordering from florists, I’ve Never received any flowers with brown petals. I’ll give 4 stars to this company because they care enough to try to make their customers happy. (I suspect the quality of the flowers I ordered diminished during delivery because my delivery time for this second arrangement was adjusted multiple times).
