Very satisfied. Needed a last minute arrangement for a funeral. Rita was extremely patient and we received exactly what was promised at a reasonable price. I am in Montreal, but am definitely recommending them to my family in Toronto.

PHENOMENAL!!! Aprile florist took care of the 10 arrangements for my grandmother's funeral. Everything from the huge sprays, bouquets, potted plants, and rose petals were perfect and fresh! They even accommodated a few requests to add exotic flowers. Their prices were cheaper than others and each arrangement came with added bows. Thank you so much for the stunning arrangements.

I was so happy with the service from Aprile Florist's they prepared and delivered a beautiful arrangement as a gift on the same day, for a good price and were professional, friendly and easy to order from. I would recommend them to anyone who needs beautiful flower arrangements fast! We ordered red roses and they were fresh as can be and smelled and looked amazing!!

One of the worst customer experiences I've ever encountered. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend on Valentines Day, and they never arrived. Understanding there may have been a mix up with Teleflora but there's no way a business should be rude, obnoxious and condescending to a customer. One employee even called me a liar. Very aggressive and failed to give any sort of solution to the delivery error. There's so many florist options in the North York region - definitely go else where for your flowers. These guys don't deserve your time, money or business.

The best floral designer that designs spectacular flower displays, and for phenomenal prices. The owners accommodate your needs. They're prompt with their deliveries. They treat you like family. The designer had Beautiful pics and had patience of a saint. Their designs have always made me look good as the flower displays are larger than other florists. I recommend it to everyone. They are above a 5 star rating.❣️?????

Final update: the bouquet (and vase) has arrived. I actually got an image sent of the bouquet prior to delivery, which was very nice; I followed up (within 15 minites) to verify that the correct teleflora recipe was used as I obviously couldn't verify in-person. Upon taking a closer look, and after a little research, I discovered that seven (7) stocks (a.k.a. gillyflowers) are missing - approximately $20 worth of flowers. I followed up, but to date haven't had a reply. Should I receive a partial refund equal to the value of the stocks, or a delivery of seven stocks, I'll be a content and satisfied customer; without a resolution to the missing stocks, I can't improve my rating - would otherwise be a five star rating without question. Despite that, mom loves the bouquet! Quick update: finally got through, and spoke with a woman this time, who reassured me they did have the vase, so am very happy about that! Update: hoping to have delivered same day as another item, which arrived one day early according to tracking information. As a result, I phoned to ask if it may be possible to have delivery one day earlier, and got a new gentleman this time. He was very polite and understanding; unfortunately, he suggested an item was missing, but due in later today, and could still have it done up early for delivery next day (which was the original date set). A little concerning, since I had called the day before to ensure they had the stock. That said, will chalk it up as potential misunderstanding; I'm thinking the guy who verified the stock may have based his answer on their incoming delivery, as I had mentioned the date I was hoping to have it delivered (and didn't know the other item had arrived early at that time). Hadn't thought to, but should have verified again that they had the vase, as it was the determining factor for placing my order through them - have attempted to phone back, but haven't been successful getting through, so I may have to wait and see. Contacted the store twice, and think I got the same gentleman both times. Overall, the customer service seemed all right, so wanted to give an early review (before the bouquet arrives, but will update after it's delivered). First time was to verify they had everything required for the bouquet in stock and to ensure they had the specific vase (very important, as it really just makes the whole thing come together nicely) prior to ordering, and second was to follow-up after placing the order as their section in the checkout process, via their site, to allow for a message was a bit problematic - it suggested like 150 characters total, but it took off about 50 characters when I hit enter to add the final line, and wouldn't allow more text, so had to cram it all together. The first call seemed to go well, as he did check to verify everything was in stock, and he seemed pleasant enough. I did also ask about discounts and such, as I had opted to sign up for them, but hadn't received anything, and apparently they don't seem to offer any sort of promotional discount for first orders or anything. The second call, he seemed to suggest the message would appear as I input it, so didn't seem quite as helpful the second time around. That said, initial impression so far is fair; the gentleman I got seemed nice enough, and the particular bouquet I ordered was very reasonably priced compared to other places that had everything in stock. My trouble was finding a store with everything required for the bouquet in stock, including the vase - the stores that had the vase wanted up to an extra $50, and the stores with the best price didn't have the vase. Thankfully, I finally came across this place, and am very much looking forward to surprising my mother with a lovely bouquet after everything that she has been through this past year - it has been really hard, and I think this beautiful bouquet is just what she needs! As delivery hasn't happened yet, I'll wait until the bouquet arrives to give my final review - here's hoping everything goes smoothly!
