★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient of Dr. Rohald's for twelve years. She is fantastic. She's warm and compassionate and knowledgeable. The only reason I'm giving her 3 stars is that it's IMPOSSIBLE to get through to book an appointment with her. If I happen to be fortunate enough to find the receptionist at her desk when I leave the appointment I do get, it's the only time I can book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been the patient to the amazing doctor Taylor for more than twelve years. Recently I could not contact the doctor office receptionist by phone. Anytime you call, you can receive only the voice mail and nobody returns your call. I think the good doctor is partially retired and the staff does not bother to answer the patients. The receptionist says that she faxed the prescription to our area shoppers drug mart which did not receive it for the past two days. I could not contact the doctor office anymore. I am stuck. I dont know whom I will complain. I am waiting for my medicine to take.
