Great company friendly service quality flowers- pleasure to work with

Absolutely incredibly disappointed in FIG! I used to get the bulk of my flowers with FIG when I started my business 4 years ago. However over time I started getting annoyed with the quality of the product as well as the lack of pricing in the cooler. I was also getting frustrated that once they noticed I was coming in less and less I would begin to get a guilt trip from the workers. They would constantly question me as to why they haven't seen me lately or where I've been shopping. I had to ask them to stop. I did however still stop in time to time when I need a specific flower or greenery, but not anymore! I went into FIG on Monday to pick up some hydrangeas and also grabbed some other flowers to meet their $50 minimum, one of those flowers being a package of purple stock. I went back to my shop and used the stock in some bouquets. The very next day I noticed the stock was dying very quickly. Edges curling in and browning as well as blooms and leaves falling off everywhere. I called FIG to let them know of my issue. I was asked to bring the product back in. ??? Uhhh? I am 40 mins away from Pacific circle and I had no intentions of going back this week, as Monday is my only day off. I asked if I could send some pictures and they agreed. The sales woman even said "I know you so I'll process the credit today". After the pictures were sent I received a message back claiming they couldn't see the issue and they sent the photos to the farm and they also could not see a problem. Why my issue had anything to do with the farm is beyond me. I shouldn't have to have the farms okay when I bought the items from FIG. My issue should have been taken up with them and then they could deal with the farm after if they see fit. Regardless I sent additional pictures and expressed my annoyance. I was then sent back an email telling me my issue was now passed on to their manager and the next time I come in a can settle it with him. Again.. ??? What? Over one package of stock? What could he tell me in person he cannot discuss with me over the phone. I have no idea when I'll make it in next. I emailed back again asking when I would have some answers as I wasn't planning on returning to FIG anytime soon. No answer. I called yesterday to be told the manager Roy was in about to step into a meeting and I would hear back from him that day. No call. I called back again this morning and Roy would not speak with me. He passed the same message along that he would speak to me when I come in. I am very disappointed in their return system and lack of communication. Very unprofessional!!! All of this over 1 package of stock that I am far from happy with. It is now Thursday, the stock is completely dead and I'm out the money. I have never chose to return a product to FIG before so this is not an on going stunt that I pull. I could MAYBE understand the issue if it was an entire pail of stock but one bunch?? Needless to say I will never return to FIG and will probably never see my wasted money again.

A genuine group of people hiding behind the scenes. I have met and worked with a few of them, i have referred planners in the event industry who did business with them and had nothing but great things to say. they have good prices and their flowers are top quality with TONS of variety.
