I was in Stargazer a few years ago with one of my employees. I had 70 bottles of essential oil along with a few other items, one of which was a $10 rustic sign that my employee wanted for herself. At the time I was a new shop owner and it didn't occur to me that she should not be buying a sign for personal use. When we got to the cash, I asked if my employee could pay separate and Alison the owner took my cart away and loudly in front of a store full of customers said it was wholesale and not retail. I explained that I was new to this and was not aware of the policy. I then pulled out my vendor permit to show I had a retail store and said no problem just put it on my bill. Alison refused to sell me the items. I left fuming mad and drove home. I then emailed her as I was upset about it and she called me and apologized. She said that it was super busy, she had been up all night on the phone with suppliers in China and had not slept. She also said she was under a lot of stress. I was still mad but a year later I decided to go back as I still wanted the essential oils and was not able to find them anywhere else. I guess Alison forgot that she had apologized and I was red flagged in her POS system. She again centered me out and refused to sell me the items....REALLY? Now it is 2 years later and although I haven't thought about it in ages, just tonight another retailer mentioned to me she was heading there next week. I told her my story (as I have told to many) and it brought it back. I felt the need to get this review out. Alison, you need to learn about customer service and be professional. I would never treat a customer the way you did with me and I can only assume this is normal for you as you have done it twice to me. My only regret is it wasn't until tonight when another retail store owner was asking me about where to go in Pacific Circle that I thought I should write a review.

Went shopping for my new store yesterday, loved this supplier. Everything was super clean and very organized . The staff were amazing answered all of my newbie questions, And packed my huge order. Thanks I will return soon.
