Great place, extremely high quality with professional and friendly staff. The owner Carmela is a master at her craft. They did our wedding flowers and everything else since.

Cattolica Flowers delivered a beautiful center piece Arrangement in time for Christmas. Delivery driver was warm and friendly despite COVID-19. while observing PPE safety protocols. I highly recommend this shop.

My fiancé and I are so happy we went to Cattolica Flowers for our Wedding Centrepieces and Ceremony Arch. Thank you for accommodating such a last minute request for visit and for agreeing to provide florals for our wedding in December. All of our trust is in you and your amazing staff!

I don't recommend getting flowers from this place if you want it to last AND if you want good customer service/solution-based service. We received flowers on Saturday and by Thursday they were all dying. Upon further inspection, some of the stems were cut SO short that they weren't even touching the water in the vase. We called to rectify the situation, when Carm (who refused to give me her name at first when I asked because she claims she did not like my "tone"), began to point out how it's almost been 7 days since the flowers arrived, as if that was an excuse for poor craftsmanship (the flowers were also taped together with a type of cellophane tape in certain areas, which is weird; never experienced that in any other arrangements from other shops). I have flowers I received from February 23rd that have held up better than flowers received on March 5th. We were told that photo evidence was not good enough proof and that we had to drive all the way to Toronto for "inspection" of the flowers. An appropriate solution would be to allow for photo evidence to minimize in person visits during COVID-19, apologize for the shoddy arrangement and offer to send another one or connect with the sender of the bouquet and offer a credit. This is typically what reputable businesses do. The arrangement looked beautiful and we were in awe upon arrival. It was sent by someone sending their condolences on the passing of my grandmother, who loved floral arrangements. It's unfortunate that their money has gone to waste in 5 days.

We were in a time sensitive situation and they sold us dead roses for full price. We ordered 12 roses for a funeral and half of them were dead and made us pay full price of $60. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not returning back!!

My husband and I recently hired Cattolica Flowers for our arrangements for our wedding day and they did not disappoint. Carmela was detailed, organized, and meticulous when it came to bringing my vision to life. My arrangements was everything that I wanted and more. I cannot thank Carmela enough for everything she has done to make my wedding day all the more special!

The service from Cattolica Flowers is amazing! Due to lockdown supplies and restrictions, they had to make some changes to my order (which I fully understand). They let me know what changes were being made and sent me pictures of different options for me to choose from. This is amazing customer service!!!
