★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gentleman from the west Indies who was the security at the time(night) was the best security I've ever encountered. The building is extremely clean with nice residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived there for 8 months. The 3 ladies ( a horrible mother and her 2 equally horrible daughters) who lived next to me are the most evil and racist people I have ever met. Got out of there as quick as I could. Building management know that these "ladies" are a problem, but won't do anything about. Worst decision ever to move there. The walls are paper thin. Neighbours upstairs would smoke and throw cigarettes on the patio below. Ruined all of my patio furniture. I'm so glad I got out as quick as I could. Known criminals live there. I know this because my uncle who is a manager at Mimico jail ran into two former inmates. Superintendents are a joke and don't take concerned seriously.
