Water systems are always shoddy with little notice or explanation provided for their random shutdowns, resident complaints are hardly ever enforced, and despite housing over two hundred people (low estimate) only 2 elevators were ever developed which is a safety vulnerability if there is to ever be a genuine emergency (which isn't unlikely with how often people haphazardly trigger the smoke alarms). For the high costs of renting, you are in walking distance to a supermarket that is grossly overpriced in selection relative to other alternatives in the locality, and the amenities provided within this complex aren't so great to compensate for its other faults which have yet to be resolved or heeded. If you are looking for a place, seek elsewhere.
