★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in the 1070 Sheppard Ave West building. The heating was not working properly during winter and we really had very cold nights and we could do nothing about them! Especially around the new year holidays when the weather was really cold! I think their heating system is not design to stand that kind of cold!
In addition, we had lots of summer days with no cooling at all or having the cooling not working properly! This is so annoying and I really don't know what are they waiting for to fix it! The problem with cooling been coming and going for more than two months! Every time we report the problem they just say someone is coming to fix it!
The location of these buildings is prime though! The subway is across the street. But, you will need a car to buy your groceries unless you manage to go to subway accessible places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and accessible but terrible management. Constant technical issues with elevators which go out for hours at times. Buzzer/comm system also doesn’t work at a main entrance and it’s accepted it will never be repaired.
