I am blown away at the level of confidence, genuineness and passion this company has in working with their clients and listening to their needs. Nikou has been more than supportive in answering our questions (on evenings/weekends at that) and providing us with thorough detail. The team is so thorough and dedicated to making customers happy. I admire their honesty and the kindness that comes out so naturally. If I could give this a 10-star rating for customer service alone I would. Looking forward to working with them on this project and many others! Post windows: WOW! This team is the best! Hard-working, nonstop, detail oriented people. I am beyond blown away at the level of work and service this team provided. Every detail of the windows look beyond perfect both inside and out! This team expanded 3 windows and created 1 leaving us with 4 gorgeous windows to appreciate each and every day. Not only that, they left both the indoor and outdoor spotless with no extra work on our end!
