When it comes to selling a home, there are many variables like market conditions, buyers/sellers sentiments, and minor upgrades that can be impactful in achieving your goals. David has been doing this for many years and his experience and knowledge proved to be valuable. He takes a collaborative approach open to suggestions and opinions. But his true value is in providing guidance on the best options available. From his recommendations on listing price to what we should upgrade to make it more appealing was the biggest factor in selling our house above asking with multiple offers. The actual negotiation process was an even greater experience as he drove the entire process. What was truly impressive is the transparency in how he gave a breakdown of the offers, the offline conversations, and play by play process of everything. It felt like he was selling his own property. The level of service, professionalism, and results David produced is worth every penny of his commission. Amazing experience, and we recommend David to everyone. Definitely will be using him in the future.
