★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a custom mirror from Canada Glass and was told it would take 2 - 3 weeks to be delivered, I asked if they could do it in less time. My mirror was ready and installed within 12 days. The service men were on time, very professional, friendly and cleaned up the area well. I will definitely use them again.

I was truly impressed with the quality of service they provide. For the first contact, their staff were knowledgeable and courteous.
I very much enjoyed my experience and will absolutely use them again on any future projects.
Stop looking, these guys are worth giving a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service and general manager who should not represent this company, one star is mostly because of him
This company supplied and installed the front store door for our client in Barrie. Few months later because of the strong wind the door opened to far and got damaged. We contacted the company rep who sold the door and were told that they don't cover such damages that caused by a weather. We explained that this store existed for 15 years and that previous old door had never seen any damages because of the whether to which we were told that a wind chain should have been installed. The rhetorical question about why they didn't supply and install the chain, they explained that it would look ugly if they did. Anyway, sparing your time with this nonsense, decided to escalate the problem to a general manager/director and to my very polite appeal to find compromise I was yelled at, told that we are scammers and trying to take advantages of the situation and many other interesting things with finally hanging up on me. That was a shock to my 35 years of experience in this area to deal with highly ranked person in the company who didn't have desire to find a compromise, inpatient, rood, and totally unprofessional. If that's his personal demonstration of customer service, I wish I had never dealt with this company before.
Shame on you, Mr Director and you definitely driven by desire to make money only and have no clue how customer orientation works

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had this company do my glass replacements before alway was a good customer, not sure what happened?? and now that I wanted to tell them to go a head with one of the two large windows, Sam said if I don't do two of the windows it's not worth there time. I done business with them before and there was no issues with doing one window before. I called George 2 times and George egnored my calls then I get an email that he's going to declined. George didn't have the professionalism to call me. In stead of giving the bad news by phone he emailed me and left it at that. Very disappointed with this company. They say in there decline email they don't have the technicians to do the jobs so why are they still giving estimates and giving false hopes to customers? beware.

It was an easy process to order and pay for the glass, they completed the order within the time frame given, and prices are competitive. I would highly recommend Canada Glass & Mirror Company for any glass projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I picked this company based on the reviews and was not disappointed. Their response time and follow-up was unbelievably quick, and less than a week after making my first call, both my new custom mirrors are installed and look great. One mirror had to have lights installed on to it which was tricky and I thought the light was a bit too loose. They were back the very next day to fix it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again!
