β β β β β I called regal for a quote on replacing my back door. The Vice President of the company showed up at my door for the appointment. A few days later they replaced my door and I couldn't be happier. Very fast and efficient, also gave me a great price. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

β β β β β I've used Regal Aluminum Windows and Railings for a few projects now and I have to say that I am very happy with the quality of service, workmanship and products. The sales person was very knowledgeable, informative and most importantly, honest. I always make it a point to get at least 2 other quotes and although Regal Aluminum wasn't the cheapest, I felt confident that they would do the best job and at the end of each project I was very pleased. I have referred them to a number of friends and the ones that used Regal Aluminum were also satisfied.

β β β β β I used Regal Windows and Doors to replace all the windows of my home and the front door. They were very professional and got the job done on time. I am impressed with the quality of the products and the knowledge of contractor. I have already referred to many people. I would recommend Regal to all my friends and family.

β β β β β Toronto Community Housing used then and ended up with complaints from tenants. Employee snapped a picture in apt without permission or consent. Scrapped caulking from Windows onto floor and left it there in some apartments. Some doors were left unlocked. Was vary unprofessional, and when his name was asked of, the reply was his name was yes. Unexceptional reply. Reception doesn't seem to be overly concerned about it. I certainly hope that some of there employees are better trained at there job and have a better sense of costumer service. Would not recommend this company.

β β β β β They just recently replaced the windows in our apartment building, the owners of the building left them in a mess and I feel they handled it well. They were very accommodating when working in my unit as I have animals and were done fast. I would use them if I required personal work.

β β β β β Workers do not follow Covid-19 health measures. They donβt wear their masks in common areas. When asked to put them on they get aggressive on non-compliant. They donβt respect social distancing on elevators when you are with others in your house. Given they have use of the service elevator they have no respect. They think they can walk around and just do whatever they want. Theyβre loud and obnoxious when outside talking at all hours. Worst professionalism Iβve ever seen from a company.
