We bought a few diferent cans to try and that's what we foung:
1. Trout caviar (glass cans/jars). That was exactly as my wife and like it - bright red, relatively small and firm grains. The caviar was not too saulty, did not have a "fishy" aftertaste. The texture was superb. 5/5
2. Salmon caviar ("kaviar", cans, 120 gr). Bright orange, bigger grain, slightly softer. The can contained a little bit of "juice", in too much though. That caviar was tasty, but we both liked the first one more. Personal preferences, you know. 4/5
3. Amur Royal Sturgeon Caviar. Great caviar. Obviously, more expensive than red but could be chosen for a special occasion. To be brief, that caviar is exactly as it is supposed to be. Delicious. 5/5.
As a nice addition, prices are very fair. The owners are investing in the quality of their service, not in "brick and mortor".
