worst corporation on the block. if i could, i'd give zero stars. they have no regard for they way they maintain their property.

31 Four Winds was my worst rental experience since moving to Ontario. The building is overrun with cockroaches. Even if you get rid of them, they will re-infest through the weak walls between neighbouring units. It is also so poorly sound insulated that you can hear neighbours urinating upstairs. The management also completely abrogated their responsibility to responsibility w.r.t. masking and lockdowns during the COVID-19 pandemic. A majority of tenants were not wearing masks deep into the second wave of COVID. When this was brought to the management's attention they simply gaslighted us and said that it was not an issue, or that it was isolated incidents when it did happen. We had photographic proof. Lots of it. There were countless confrontations between residents over this issue, including not masking on elevators. In one case, two unmasked 20 year olds bullied an elderly masked lady off an elevator because they wouldn't mask when asked. They flipped her off when she protested and I spoke up for her. Another tenant got in my face because I had a couple days earlier refused to let him on the elevator unmasked. Ultimately, we were forced to move during a pandemic because we felt unsafe; both because of their failure to manage the pandemic and because of the behaviour of the tenants. I don't know if the tenants are terrible because the place sucks, or the place sucks because the tenants are terrible. Management seems absolutely powerless to stop any of it. But hey, at least the rental price was cheap, the units large, and there was a nice running route nearby. Unfortunately not worth the (non-monetary) costs.

I've been live at 25 Four Winds Dr since 2019 and I have never had a problem with Property Management, even I have not complained. Since 2021, Property Management has changed and the quality of building management work has deteriorated sharply. There were constant problems with cleaning the building on weekends. This also applies to landscaping. The territory was not cleaned after winter this year, and no one is cleaning the adjacent territory that led to a completely unkempt state. Now we can observe completely unkempt areas; uncut bushes, unkempt flower beds, dry grass, and a pile of small debris around. I've been complaining a lot of times, but a new Property Management does not do anything. For two months nothing happens. I spoke to him about these problems and realized that he was not interested in this because for a while he referred to the Board, and after he told me that there is a good salary for him and he needs this job just for the bill...I was frustrated and disappointed. They withdraw our money every month. Also, there was no annual window cleaning this year. The recreation centre has been closed since the pandemic and is still closed despite the lifting of restrictions. It looks very unkempt and neglected. However, throughout the quarantine and until now we pay money for its maintenance. Based on the fact that they have withdrawn the maintainance on a monthly basis, but do not provide services, the conclusion is one....they steal our money!!!!

07/2021- The main office for this corporation is a complete joke. They have no clue on how to run a business. You want something fixed just wait a year. They are very slow to act. They don't care about their tenants or the problems that they cause them. 12/2021 - They are still unable to hire office staff that knows how to run a business. This company is the biggest joke on the street.
