★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered boutinnare and corsage for special occasion months ahead, ended up paying almost double the amount compared to my friends who ordered exact same style. in addition, during consultation I’ve made it very clear what style I want and she agreed it was doable. however, once I came to pick it up, it was the exact opposite. She didn’t use the band we agreed on, flower colours we agreed on, everything looked like it was done last minute. My friends corsage band was glued together and couldn’t open it bc there was a blob of glue size of your palms. Recklessly made and was a rip off. So careless about customers concerns and just wanted our money. Didn’t care to offer to fix or compensate for the mix up. Horrible customer service. Never going here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a centrepiece for a 50th wedding Anniversary dinner that I was hosting. I ordered fairly last minute and on a stat holiday during Christmas time. Even though they were super busy, they worked with me to fit the delivery. The flowers were fresh and the arrangement was lovely.
