★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. If I can rate no star, i will. Not answering calls. I also experienced, someone answered my call and hang it up. ? It will take too much time/days to get the xray result. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am absolutely appalled by the service at this centre. I understand that hundreds of people require their services every day but booking people within 2 seconds of each other, and then taking patients in 15-30 minutes AFTER their appointment time, is no way to run a business.
I was asked to come in 15 minutes after my appointment time which I had no problem with. Things happen - early morning traffic, bad weather, etc.. After 20 minutes of trying to get through my ultrasound, they ask me to go outside to wait again because they were 15 minutes into their next appointment. Although slightly annoyed, I brushed it off. After finishing up with their second patient, they ask me to come in again. After 5 minutes of some scanning, they ask me to wait outside AGAIN, as their third appointment of the day has showed up.
2 hours after my appointment time and here I am sitting in the waiting room. There is another patient waiting which I can only assume is the fourth patient. I really hope they can sort through this administration error moving forward.
I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of what is supposed to be a simple experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. The Lady technician is very rude, she is there because she has to work, no empathy or whatsoever towards patients.
If you have to do an obstetric ultrasound avoid this place! That woman is so miserable that is going to ruin your experience.
If you don't love what you do, then look for another career!
The secretary is nice and help out with questions.
