Walked two miles for a walk in and was told there were no walk in doctors on duty... there was only ONE other patient waiting so I asked if a doctor could see me, I only have one token for bus and my eye is falling out practically... ONE doctor and TWO receptionists to tell me no, they didn't even ask the doctor and took way too much pleasure in telling me NO. DON'T waste your time unless you have a family doctor at this clinic, RUDE AS*Holes
D	Deadly Viper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doctor available until 2pm I arrived at 11am. How does it take 3 hours to see a patient when only 3 people are waiting in the wait room. When I asked to send all my information to another walk in clinic they refused and said the doctor has to request for my information. They told me all walk in clinics take long but I immediately called another walk in clinic and they said wait time was between 10-30mins and proved the receptionist wrong. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE NO DOCTORS AVAILABLE UNTIL 2PM BUT THEY OPEN AT 9AM
A	Anthony “Bonez9oh5” Armstrong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today for my new patient appointment only to find that they are not an accessable office, as their main entrance has been under repair for 2 years (according to another patient). They told me they don't need to inform new patients about this, yet, when I set up the appoimtment, they thought it pertinent to tell me they do not prescribe narcotics (I called about add treatment, there was no need to even mention narcotics). Durring this call they did not even give me the doctors name or that I would need a health card to do the meet and greet appointment. Before the appointment, they called and left a voicemail which was so jumbled i could not understand what was said. I called back 2 mins later and was asked for the doctor's name, which was not given, and then told they were just calling to see if I was still coming. The reception is completely unprofessional and the building needs a lot of repair. I left without having the appointment and will never go back. They couldnt understand why this would be upsetting to a disabled new patient that was in obvious pain, completely unacceptable.

J	Jamila Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save yourself the time, do not go here. I feel so bad for the people who have no other way to see a doctor. This place should be shut down and revamp and get doctor, receptionist who can treat people who do not look like them with respect.

O	Osato Ojo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why given an appointment; when it is walk-in. Just go with your mattress and pillow when going to this clinic. you will definitely wait forever. I waited for almost 3 hours. That is so sad. Trying to tell the doctor Odhiambo about the situation, he said there are bunch of clinics. You can make a change if you like. Is this really proper or is it because we live in Jane and Finch area? Hummmmm!!????
M	Maymuna Shakul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give this clinic 0 stars I would. Dealing with Dr Veronica Odu was truly a nightmare from hell. She lead me to believe I have a condition I didn’t and when I tried to connect with her to further understand my condition she wouldn’t give me the time of day. Luckily after seeing a specialist and after multiple tests none of what she “diagnosed” me with was true. On multiple occasions when i tried to inquire about my “condition” she rushed me off the phone and also refused to see me in person. Whenever I made the attempt to come into the doctors office she was always away for a period of 4 months and I literally had to beg her to prescribe me antibiotics over the phone which she ultimately did. Not to mention the rude receptionists who when i kept calling to schedule an appointment asked me why I would call on a weekend and hung up on me. If you’re thinking about going to this clinic and seeing Dr Veronica Odu please save yourself the misery and find another clinic / doctor.
