★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with this doctor since 1993, and they are they most uncaring, unprofessional doctors ive ever had. I just asked for a refill for my moms medication and Dr. Shah got angry and hung up on me just because I said my mom isn't comfortable coming into the office due to Covid. They are unsanitary as well, so my concern is valid.
Please do not have them as your family doctor, they do not listen to your health concerns and brush everything off which makes the patients health worsen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think they are removing any negative reviews but I second what others have said. His office is very unprofessional and straight up rude to their patients. Maybe it’s time everyone reports them to the ministry of health or smt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many times I had an appointment, first one of the day and still had to wait over an hour to see him. They double and triple book the 15 minute time slot, so you never see the doctor at the time you made your appointment and are made to waste your entire day waiting.
