I recently moved to the niagara region and Because of her and Dr Kakzanov's excellent care I continue to list them as my primary health care team.

I can get an appointment really quickly, secretary is amazingly helpful, specialists appointments are arranged quickly for the most part. I have no idea why there are so many poor reviews. I've never had anything but excellent service. My own doctor is so thoughtful, patient and knowledgeable I couldn't ask for more.
O	Oren Levi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you would like to deal with rude people then choose this place. Dr. Oded Samuel secretaries (both) are so rude. Always have an attitude!!!! Their nose is up in the sky!!! Besides to this the doctor takes too much vacations!!! He will drage you until your health situation worsen!!! Yes that's right!!! I've been going back and forth for the same problem for nearly a year!!! Until I asked for a referral letter to a specialist!!! The specialist said your doctor just dumped you here, he never send me anything in regards to your concerns!! The specialist was able to solve my problem within 2 weeks of treatment!!!!!

One time I called 3 times in a row and did not get any answer that I called on my husband's phone and Got answer right away. The secretary Is so rude And heartless. I would not recommend to my friends
N	Natalie Sistero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I begin, we have been patients of Dr. Solmon periodically for the past 9 years or so. A doctors office is supposed to be a caring and helpful place, however, that is CERTAINLY not the case for the receptionist who works for Dr. Solmon (and I believe two others as well). Just from the tone of her voice you can tell she is extremely miserable and her priority is CLEARLY not to help you. Although Dr. Solmon is a great doctor, it is a shame that his receptionist does not reflect the same. One example off the top of my head is when my mother had called a couple times to get her results from an MRI and she refused to help despite my mother being in tears due to the pain she was experiencing. If hell were to freeze over she would be the queen.

I guess every day they have Thanksgiving turkey for lunch!!!!! Very poor treatment!!! Jane and Finch family health team !!! Or should say Jane and Finch family heat meat!! Sucks big time!!!

E	Erica Bellio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly a nightmare to make an apt. because of the secretary. Anna goes out of her way to be ill-mannered and unprofessional. Over the years she has habitually insisted I go to a walk in-clinic instead of booking me an appointment. I have to ask multiple times and I am still refused. After being turned away while suffering from shingles in December and this month's incident... I have been forced to look for another Doctor. It is a shame since Dr.K is a great Doctor.
