Went to do my nails done by Nail Technician, Not Julie, the other one. She rushed with my nails and did not give me what I wanted when I showed her what shape or colour. The paint job was done horrendously and nails are crooked and unevenly painted. Save your time and your money getting your nails done here.

Great salon... very professional and friendly staff. Excellent service, specializing in all hair types. Also, two of the best nail technicians I've ever come across. Owner is a nice guy too! For super curly hair..ask for Annett.

Always good with Amy she takes her time never rushing. Did give 5 because I only got my hair done. Now nails will probably be different always feel rushed because I only get manicure and polish no fake nails could be why

First things first they don’t prioritize their customers even though I made an appointment the hair dresser was switching from client to client.They over charge I did my weave there and it’s supposed to be no more than $120 they charged me $145. I also heard a conversation between two staff , one staff who was new ask the other how much to charge to do a certain hair style she say and I quote “charge what ever you want $30 ,$60 ,$90 whatever you want “. I will not be going again if I could give no stars I would they don’t even deserve one...(the lady (Sandra ) who does eyebrows and hair straightening is really good )

Call on the phone and was told to come in 20min. I got there and called to ask if they were in the mall the the lady rudely said yes come in we are free, I asked what floor she said second floor. Went in no where to be found on the second floor found them on the first floor. I was told I came there 2 hours late even though I was 30min from Markham. Then denied us the service. I showed her that I called 30min ago. They started cursing and said they will call security if I don't leave.

Terribly rude especially the plus size black lady. They have no regards for customers. I made an appointment to come in with them. Left all i was doing, only for me to get there and she looked at me to cancel up and started cursing. She lacks no manners whatsoever!!! Do not go there.

Made an appointment on September 11th to apply extensions by a black plus size stylist ( her name starts with M she wears a long curly wig and contacts) she scheduled my appointment for 12 noon she insisted that I buy hair from her as she has the best quality. I arrived on time 4 my appointment however the stylist was not ready as she was eating and asked me to give her 15 minutes to finish her meal. I said no problem and sat for a while in a chair but then decided to walk the mall and browse around until she was finished. When I returned at 12:20 PM she met me at the door letting me know that she forgot to bring the hair that she advised me she had in her supply. She then walked me to Publishment in the mall that sold hair extensions and they were closed. She instructed me to go across the street and purchase my extensions and then she would put them in. I did exactly that and returned to the salon at 1245 only to find that she had taken another client and told me that I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seen? This is totally unprofessional and disrespectful especially since I’ve made several appointments that afternoon and live in Woodbridge and don’t have the ease of running back home to get things done. I have been a customer of that establishment for over 20 years and this treatment is beyond words. Dallas did not even comment on the fact that she was being unfair to me and seeing a customer that was late for their appointment before seeing me and the owner of the salon past me several times sitting in the seat and never asked me one time what was wrong. Don’t use the salon go to Nappys at Jane and Rutherford you will not be disappointed and if all else fails go to Jane Finch Mall at Luna one they’re amazing. . Enough I left the salon and advised her that I’d be waiting in my car until she was complete if she could call me once she’s ready for me ... she never called
