V	Vivian Gargee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional hair dresser, doesn’t seem knowledgeable at all , I went to get a balayage,& I’ve never coloured my hair before, so she started with bleaching all my hair , I’ve told her I see on Instagram the hair dresser they do a few strands not the whole head , she said I know what I’m doing ,I ended up with super damaged brittle hair , she goes I’m sorry I will offer you another free session or $50 off , I said no , then I decided to get it chopped and do a dark brown instead of blond and she charged me $250

They didn't think I would I understand but I did and I will never go back to such rude service.

My hair turn bright ugly orange and she thought that looked great. I went in with a picture to show her what color I want and she started saying that will not look nice on you cause your fat. I am 8 months pregnant and she called me fat!!!! So she started suggesting me what I color I should get and I told no I want it just like the pic so she sat me down and started doing whatever she wanted to do. She bleached my hair which looked so horable and as soon as I saw it I hated it and I told her this not what I want but this lady doesn't care once your in her salon ur hair is not urs anymore she's the boss and she will decide what color she wants ur hair to be. So basically she made my hair orange and she didn't even wanted to tone it. How can a stylish not know that bleach orange is ugly. Just for bleaching and blow drying she charged $130. I went crying to another salon and all the customers and hair stylist said that my hair looked very bad but thank God the hair stylist was very experienced and she worked so hard to fix that unprofessional stylist mistake. My hair was 3 different color and poor lady had to work on each strip of my hair separately. But she did a great job and I love the results. Please dont waste ur money and damage ur hair by going to this salon.
b	bonafidelove1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually when you walk into a hair salon they have a list of prices at the front where you can get an average cost per your visit. Not this place. It seems like they charge you whatever they feel like! I seriously think that the prices should be mandatory for viewing. The next thing is I took my mom in there for a haircut, Jini spent an average of 10 minutes with her hair, just a regular haircut, my mom is 72 years old, how much hair could she really have! After the haircut she charged her 20 dollars. Not even senior discount pricing! But, that's not all, even during the haircut, Jini kept on getting interrupted by her grand daughter who she apparently babysits in the salon on a regular basis. Anyways bad customer service, and highly over priced. Would definitely not recommend.
