As someone who isn't very familiar with legal terms and the steps to obtain a lawyer, I would have preferred to have been educated and informed rather than laughed at by the admin. I had genuine questions about the range of price and if I could obtain the services of a lawyer to review some documents, but instead of informing me or assisting me, I was treated with a condescending laugh and attitude. Bad look on their part as they just lost a potential client due to her unprofessionalism. EDIT In response to the owner: I find it amusing that 'you' never spoke to me, the end user, to find out exactly what transpired from the phone call, unless the person replying to my review was the woman I spoke to? In that case you know as much as I do that your response is completely fabricated. Firstly, I never called your firm with the sole intentions of seeking a free consultation. I contacted you to inquire about the fees that I'd have to incur in order to get some documents reviewed. I simply and very casually asked if your firm offered free consultations.. Secondly I don't appreciate your false accusations with regards to my supposed "demand" to speak to a lawyer. Why would I want to speak to anyone if I was clearly told that you do not offer free consultations? I ended the call with a "I will look at my other options and will get back to you". I am very GLAD I chose not to go with your firm as your lack of professionalism and inability to train your employees with adequate customer service skills truly shows the type of firm you are. Instead of taking my very HONEST and TRUTHFUL review in a negative tone, you should take it as constructive criticism and have your admin retrained to not obviously LAUGH, be condescending or give attitude to customers. What a joke.

I have been with Pappas Law Firm for 7 years working on a car accident claim together. The case moved around to many different lawyers in the firm over the course of this 7 years, which at first was shocking, but I realized this seems to be standard procedure. Of course, I was completely new to this world, and the lawyers at Pappas helped me every step of the way with questions I had about terminology or execution. The lawyers take a percentage of your settlement earnings at the end when the case has settled, so in other words, I paid nothing out of pocket at the beginning of my time with Pappas. They settled my case in an appropriate manner with taste and good judgement, and didn't reach for a goal that was inflated or unreasonable. They were realistic with me the whole time, and I appreciated that about my time working with them.
