★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is amazing and professional. One of few black hair care stylist in the GTA who cater to natural hair care. The shampoo girl on the other hand, with the piercing in her face is extremely rude, and shouldn’t be working with the general public nor their hair. Her attitude is unpleasant and the terrible customer service provided by said shampoo girl will push loyal, and new clients away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is overall clean and nice, but one of the ladies heat damaged my hair after straightening it for the first time in my life. I now have very damaged and thin ends that I will have to cut. I believe this happened because she used too much heat on it. I am not very pleased.

Not only is the owner, Karen, a friendly soul, but she takes the time to explain what treatment is best for you hair while considering your hair goals and desired style. All her staff greet you with a smile and make you feel comfortable. Prices are also very reasonable for the quality
of work. They've definitely gained a new client and fan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to buy a wash and blow out for my lovely niece who had just had twins and had been neglecting her beautiful hair. All the people at the salon who dealt with me were so professional and kind and my niece had the best experience! She is very particular about her curly hair and she was thrilled with the result and the service. 10/10 would 100% recommend. These people work hard, are awesome and do a great job.
