★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small shopping mall located in the infamous area of Jane and Finch. Fewer stores everytime I visit the mall. It has two level, the upper level mostly business and medical offices. The most famous African travel agency in Toronto is located in the lower level across from EasyHome. The mall has huge parking lot and it is free. Few restaurants are located on the upper level as well. There is a good phone depairs booth and the owner is very nice and helpfull.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is in my neighborhood so I like it very much, it is conveniently with a No Frills around the corner, Community Health Services, A Timmy's, GREEK, CHINESE, JAPANESE, AND CARIBBEAN FOOD on the second level food court, Royal bank, small library, An Employment & Social Services Office, Various mobile companies to choose from, dollarama, pharmacy, and convenience store and more, for a small setting this is pretty cozy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful mall on the North West corner of Jane Street and Finch Avenue. It is of two levels but still smaller, I think, than its compitator, JF Mall, situated on the SE corner of Jane and Finch. Yorkgate is well decorated and is prettier, more attractive, and captivating than its counterpart.
It has Nofrills, Dollarama, Platinum Fitness, Doctor's office, and IDA pharmacy to compete with Freshco, Dollarama, Fit 4 Less, Doctor's office, and Shoppers Drug Mart respectively. Yorkgate has LCBO, though! So, if you need a bottle of strong drink, you have to come here. (Freshco, in JF Mall, has a special area where you can get varieties of beer and wine - I do not know if it is on a par with LCBO.)
There is an Employment and Social Services center of Ontario.
All the other stores and shops are like JF Mall - not top of the line.
The mall is very clean and equipped with CCTV as well as security guards.
The parking lot is huge where you can park your vehicle for free.
On the second level, there is a campus of Seneca College that offers programs in Academic Upgrading, Social Service Worker, Personal Support Worker, and Practical Nursing.
The food court across Seneca is much bigger and better than that of JF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great mall - hidden treasure, full of stores with incredible deals - most notably, the Perfume Galore/Cosmetics Warehouse & Perfumery. It is located on the downstairs floor. They carry a huge variety of designer perfumes and colognes at wholesale prices. I have yet to find prices similar anywhere in the GTA. Highly recommended!

There is now a Harvey's where the convenience store used to be at the entrance. Not sure hiw ling it's been there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a high traffic mall, but it has all that a person would need in their day to day shopping! (grocery, drug store, dollarama, various ethnic hot tables and more.) Prefer going here than Jane n Finch Mall any day!
