★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse hair cut ever. I took my 11 year old daughter to Luna 1. this Chinese guy gave her the worse hair cut ever. He unevenly cut her hair when I asked him to cut her long hair into layers with volume. He made two uneven layers on her hair. She been crying since yesterday. Breaking my heart and questioning why did her take her to to Luna 1hair. I was thinking he must be professional as he work in a MALL. Really disappointed!

If I was able to give a zero star rating, I would. I got my hair cut by JULIE, the new owner of the salon. I explained that i just wanted layers, and to please keep the length of my hair multiple times. I even showed her a picture to make sure we were on the same page. I told her if it couldn't be done, that was fine as well.
She insisted she knew exactly what i wanted and would cut it that way.
Within 2 minutes, she cut off 75% of my hair, and then started yelling that I was the one who told her to cut off my hair (which reached till my lower back) up to my shoulders.
After me and several others told her, no that was not what I said, she told me I was confused and didn't remember what i said to her. And she started laughing really loudly.
She behaved extremely unprofessional and rude. It was very disappointing, as i had been coming to this salon since i was 13.
ANNA one of the other stylists, very kind and professional, tried to help, but the damage to my hair was done.
If you want to keep your long hair, don't go to Julie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually head to salons to do my hair but when I do, I go to Julie. She is such an awesome stylist, very professional and always attends me on time. Her personality is definitely a bonus! If you want your hair done, definitely book with her, you will not be disappointed!

Julie discussed with me carefully to see what suites me best. She had my hair layered and hilighted. I received many compliments from my friends. Thank you Julie, you did an amazing job.

I showed the guy cutting my hair a pic of what I wanted and he cut it way shorter than how the pic looked. when I asked for curtain bangs he said he didn’t know what they were. So unprofessional and I left the place with an awful haircut and people in the salon were making fun of me :(
