h	harpreet marok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist need to be changed.. She is so unprofessional.,bad attitude,never answer the phone, Doctor is good,but quite hard to get hold for her since the receptionlist middle. Planning to change gynecologist. Wouldn't recommend anyone..

B	Brittany L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is a very nice lady but the office admin staff/receptionist is very unprofessional. I spoke to her over the phone on MULTIPLE occasions, she never told me that there was a fee to see the doctor. (Even after they already charge your OHIP account) they want you to pay an annual 40$ fee. I told her I wouldn’t have come if I knew that, my family doctor could’ve done my PAP test for free. I’m not paying that fee and I’m also not returning. It’s the receptionists fault for not making patients aware that there is a fee to visit this doctor. I shouldn’t have to find out last minute upon my visit, especially when I’m not working. I cannot afford it. You cannot legally charge someone for something that they were not aware of. This should be clearly stated BEFORE your appointment. Not during/after the fact. Not to mention the dr. Inserted a DRY speculum ... ow. Supposed to be lubricated. That was not professional at all and hurt. Not paying for secret fees / painful service. Not to mention the office is small and has no means of “social distancing” nobody is 6ft away from you in the waiting room.

No phone call, email, message or anything. I must add I am also 36 weeks pregant and have not had face to face with this doctor since March. She was my ob 5 years ago and I had nothing but good to say but this time around I feel as though the service has drastically declined.

This place it’s about money they charge $50 dollar per document/letter plus if you need your medical records they charge you for that as well unless you pay a registration fee i believe it’s around $200 to $300 dollars ..Also Secretary it’s RUDE, Horrible place.

I was so lucky to have met her and have been her patient. I found her being decisive and having strong mind with soft heart. Health issue is serious and I trust her deeply.

She’s rude, and doesn’t provide information on the location of the place I needed to guess where the office was in the building. Second, I don’t come here often but everytime I do come I end up waiting nearly an HOUR past my scheduled appointment. Thirdly, my appointment had been changed 3 times! I’m definitely going to be looking for a new gyno as this place clearly can’t seem to handle the amount of patience they schedule within a day..

When she realized I wasn’t taking her disrespect she declined my referral as if she’s the doctor and hung up on me!!!!!! Please don’t deal with this office! She’s wild and who argues with pregnant women insane ?
