Is extremely knowledgeable and socially adequate. Dr. Chin is apart of the few in Toronto who have a natural ability to make patients feel comfortable. Comfortable in knowing that their doctor is on the ball.
I'd suggest adopting Dr. Maxwell Chin as your family doctor, as it has stuck with me- being passed down a generation.
