β β β β β The doctor here is very rude. Seen my child but seems in a hurry. Still trying to talk but rushes to conclude the check up after diagnosing. I still have questions but he's outside the door trying to go away. Not recommended place. Dont go unless you want to feel some disappointment.

β β β β β We met Dr.Vasim today for my 10 year old daughter. Dr. Vasim was very patient, experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time to explained my daughter's health issue and how to treat it properly.

β β β β β Misdiagnosed my kids on 2 occasions (and thus recommended/prescribed treatment that was incorrect)! And the wait is horrendous! Go to St. Joseph's CIBC kids walk in instead (where I took both my kids to correct what this clinic did wrong).

β β β β β Don't let your child go here. The doctor behavior so rude. She's very rush. I bring my son here to check up because i think he has ear efection, his ears swollen, red and smelly. She(doctor) just check my son's ear so fast and said no thing happen, my son still fine. I'm so confuse so we go home and his ear got worser. I send hom to Sickkids ER and result coming is EARS EFFECTION! So the doctor in this clinic she does not know ANYTHING. I can't imagine what happen if i trust her and let my little one stay at home.

β β β β β At times their hours say they are open and then they are not. Best to call ahead and confirm they will take you at your ETA (the last hour before closing is the diciest time). Some of the doctors 2 times out of 10 are a little short with you. Meaning they barely talk to you or examin your child and just give you a prescription. I guess they are used to seeing kids coming in with a cold. Majority of the doctors are through. Especially evenings, late afternoons and weekends. Which is great cause that is when most other places are closed. On the plus side during the 2nd and 3rd and 4th wave of covid this is the only clinic I could find who would see my child with a cough. So for that alone they deserve 5 stars. True heros.

Bring my child in the afternoon. When I get there they told me to come the next day because the doctor isnβt taking new Borns. Why tell me to come In if your pediatric doctor is incapable of seeing a new born? Secretary is extremely rude and not helpful at all.

β β β β β The doctor misdiagnosed my 3 month old and was completely dismissive of the symptoms my baby was showing which led to more problems. The doctor was even annoyed that we showed up 1.5 hours before they closed and seemed like the doctor just wanted to go home.

β β β β β Horrible place to take your child.Please don't go there. I called for appointment and the receptionist said there is no prior appointment and you can come before 1:30pm. I reached the clinic at 12:30pm and she didn't allow us to see the doctor even when we are before time. She was so worse she shouted at me to get out and thrashed the door close on my face while I was standing there with a sick baby. I was almost into tears and will never ever visit the clinic. Such a shame to the country indeed.
