★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hard drive (HDD) crashed on my 5 year old Dell laptop. On bootup all I got was the dreaded blue screen. Took my laptop to Mr. Malik and in minutes he had the hard drive out of my laptop and connected to his equipment where he was able to backup my files. That alone saved me a lot of grief. He replaced the crashed hard drive (HDD) with a new SSD hard drive and I had my laptop back in 24 hours. Mr. Malik is a true professional who quickly ascertained the problem, knew exactly what to do, quickly put me at ease and did it all at a very reasonable cost. With my files backed up and software reinstalled, my laptop is humming along better than the first day when I purchased it from Dell. Thank you Mr. Malik.
