T	The Bailey Bunch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very unprofessional. in the middle of my results which i waited 3 hours to get. he walked out to take a personal phone call about fixing his cell phone service. when he could simple give me my print out n continue his call after.
A	Attila Dj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting times are ridiciolusly long. (i was waiting 4 hours today) Otto has no clue about anything. He started at 2pm went out of office for 40 mins ( in the meantime the office was full of patients) and than after he came back he didnt seen a patient for 2 hours. After 2 hours he called 1 patient and than he had a 20 mins dinner. Went to the office at 2:30 and have been seeing at almost 7pm!!!! I WILL DEFINITELY NOT SEEING HIM AGAIN!!!! He dont even know anything about illnesses or sympthoms!!!

I waited 2hours with only 4 people in the waiting room. yet so many people walking in and out. once I got called in waited 45mins in the doctors room all for one result could have saved my time day by just letting me know over the phone which i know they would have if u was Known to the ladies up front.. would never go there again. was only my second time their and each time it seems no regard for people or their time. Beyond Ridiculous.

They have no clue what they are doing, I went for a drivers license medical exam and he layed me on my sides for 2 hours and he didnt even check my vision. Not only that he said i had some disease. After all that is done he took 45 minutes to fill out a paper that should take 5 minutes max. After i went to the license place they pointed out he didnt fill it out properly. I went to another doctor to do the exam and i was done in 15 minutes and i showed them the paper he wrote and they said this guy should not have a doctors license.
I	Ivy G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If given a chance I would rate it zero.worse walk-in clinic, waiting time even after booking an appointment its horrible.i booked an appointment at 11:30am only to be attended to @2:30pm and the requisition letter was not even signed.After going for my appointment I had to go back again to get the requisition signed.

O	Oly Tee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible clinic. The staff aren't organized especially, the smelling Somalian ladies at the reception . I don't know why Dr Otto employed them in the first place. They are the ones that would ruin that man's career. Everything about the clinic is awkward and terrible. They are so rude. Even the doctor is not left out, it takes forever to see him. (You will sit down for at least 3 hours ) before you can see Otto. It's that bad. Shame on you guys and learn to be professional.

When I went no doctors were there, they told me to wait until 4 pm to see a doctor, well I don’t understand why would anyone have a clinic if they won’t be working there full time or have other doctors. The lab And heart department people start working late during the day as well between 12pm and 2 pm which mean this place has no specific time to open. The only people you will find there are the receptionist and the pharmacist. I even noticed that they removed their working hours sheet from the door, what does that tell me other than that they are not profficionals, they r money seekers, they only work when they need to get the bills paid. As Fo me they won’t see me ever again as a patient moving on and if I could give them 0 star I would.
