★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don't have an appointment, save your self some time. Go some place else. You will find yourself waiting long time (1.5h for me). The doctor asked 3 questions, didn't even care to make eye contact. Now/i have to go see my family physician for a better advise. A complete waste of time and efforts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is extremely rude had me sitting waiting while he socialised for a good 20 mins then he didn't understand why I was upset and irritated he proceeded to slam the door of the room I was waiting in because I had called my mother to ask what was going on in the waiting room. I've never had a problem here before until today

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait times are long, but I find it’s okay if you book an appointment ahead of time. I’ve know Dr.Wong since birth and have always been more than satisfied with his care! The Dr. people are referring to in their comments is probably doctor Lam, as the once experience my family has had with him was not positive .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is very professional. But the recepionist is unprofessional and doesn't know how to do her work. I ck in and she clearly told me that the wait was going to be more than 1hr. Everyone at the waiting room is sick and i decided to step out and come back in 45 min to wait. What the recepionist did she put my daughtet chart at the end claiming i wasnt in the waiting room so i have to be put back this things just unpset me when you just need the doctor to see your sick kid .For aure i i w wt returned theren the charge. I didn't see this policy in the clinic where the force ppl zo stay in the waiting room in the
