★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely Dr, but Receptionist needs an attitude adjustment, complain about being 5 minutes late, when parking is ridiculous in that complex and there's a snowstorm as well, yet still waited an hour to see dr. Oh and wait time is long and to get new appt for follow will be awhile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with the previous comment, great doctor but they really need to answer their phones live! I need to re-schedule my appointment and the voicemail says 24-48 hours until someone gets back to them? The time and date requested will probably be gone by the time they call me back. I don't like this idea of doctor's offices "filtering" their phone calls to decide who they are going to call back and when .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a new gynecology and I found this great dr with awesome reviews, so I decided to call and found out the fax number, but as soon as I heard the message asking to leave a message I totally change my mind. The staff asking to leave a message sounds so unpleasant, so I imagen dealing with her personally.
This Dr has a great reviews and I'm sure is a great professional, but they should have a pleasant person answering the calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Caprara is beyond amazing. After dealing with a very difficult first high risk pregnancy and loss, my second pregnancy was always worrying. I was referred to Dr. Caprara via my family doctor and happy I was! Delia, her assistant in the office, is so sweet and kind even when she was faced with being extremely busy. My baby boy is here and healthy and it is all thanks to Dr. Caprara and her team as well as the amazing nurses at Humber River Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Caprara did my surgery in 2016. She is an excellent doctor. Be prepared that there is a waiting time when you arrive for appointments. She is a very good doctor.. my surgery went well and recovery was good. Be prepared that when you do got for an appointment.. other appointments can run late.. that is normal in the medical world.. so no I would not complain reg. visit being late. I do recommend her as a Dr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Caprara is an excellent gyno. She's pleasant, caring and extremely professional but still very personable and easy to talk to. The bad reviews have nothing to do with the doctor herself, which I don't understand why people even bother leaving a review that has nothing to do with the doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a long overdue review. Dr Caprara was my wife's daughter when she was pregnant. Every single visit was always a good one. She actively listens and provide great feedback and recommendations. The new location is certainly much easier to get to versus the former one near the 401. Two thumbs up!
