Last day we ordered 2 Banh Xeo and 2 special Pho
Me and my friend just eat only 1 bowl of Pho, but both of us were full and can’t continue with Banh Xeo?
The quality and the quantity are perfect!! ??

There's a wide range of choices of Vietnamese food and Thai food, from appetizers, side dishes and combo.
Vietnamese, warm, cozy atmosphere.
I won't say that food here is phenomenal but absolutely wonderful.
Love this place. I have been here more than 3 times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best spots in Toronto. The broth can't be beat. Also reasonably priced. Toronto pho is right beside, and although they have thicker rice noodles (I like thicker noodles) they're expensive and I just don't get it. Pho Tien Phat is affordable and tastes amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've eating at almost every Vietnamese restaurant in Etobicoke and West North York. This place is the most consistent in food quality and service. Ingredients are always fresh and dishes are well prepared. Complexity and balance of flavors make for a palettes journey to flavor town. If you're looking for an authentic taste of Vietnam, come here. You won't be disappointed. Try their spicy seafood pho bowl. WHOA! It will shatter your expections.
Ps: I rarely give 5 ⭐ to plaza restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place because it was recommended by a friend and I don't normally leave a bad review but the one star is only due to the flavour of the food.
I ordered an extra large P4 (rare beef and beef balls) which is $11.30 according to their menu plus extra broth for takeaway. I have always ordered this from other pho restaurants so I have a general idea how much the extra broth would be.
The place was busy and filled with people dining in. Upon getting to the cashier, he showed me a yellow receipt with scribbles of my order (P4 and extra broth) and the total coming to $19. I was surprised because the pho should have just been $11.30 so I asked how much the extra broth was and he said it was $5.50 which is quite pricey than normal (I usually pay $2 to $3 for extra broth elsewhere). I looked at the bill again and there were no prices written beside each item.
It was also worth noting that the transaction was done on a table where people were eating. The cashier left my order at their table after I paid which I think is very unprofessional and unsanitary (where is the social distancing).
I drove back to my place only to see that my broth spilt inside the bag, leaving me with half in each container. Also the amount of meat I have gotten seems a little less for an extra large order.
The pho broth had a good flavour but my whole experience didn't leave a good taste in my mouth.
I also read a different review that said they had a similar experience with the unethical billing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. My mom and I come here all the time because the Vietnamese food here is very authentic. I love the pho, the vermicelli, the rice dishes, the spring rolls, the fresh rolls and the milkshakes.
Small parking lot for this plaza and it can be a mess to get in and out of. Other than that, it’s in a very convenient location just off the highway.
