★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked this bakery, I have visited this place for many years, but in the last month I have bought 1 cake and a cheese cake. The cake was bad and the cheesecake came with mold on it. You can see for yourself through my photos. If you planning to buy any type of cheesecake make sure it is fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I buy here my bread and cold cuts so am a regular customer. I tried to ask for a customize cake for a friend’s daughter, i was told to order ONLINE. I tried ordering online but it does say not available. I tried another type of cake but it shows the same. I tried to call but i was told i should do online! I tried explaining my problem bit she hang the phone?
Am frustrated with their behaviour?.
I got reply here but pandemic is NOT AN EXCUSE to be rude to your customer! Now i read rampant complain of molds in bunns. Now i know why we usually have the same. Please serve your customers as you carry a SAINT’s NAME!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have MESSED UP the Sfoglia Strawberry cake order TWICE!!! At time of the online order, there were specific instructions on having the in between layers to be filled with fresh cream….no custard. And what did we get….CUSTARD!!! Regardless if no custard indicated or not, it SPECIFICALLY STATED CREAM FOR IN BETWEEN LAYERS. I raised the issue to the manager and he stated the instruction wasn’t cleared enough….hence, that’s where the confusion came about. How much more clearer does it need to be??? In both occasions, the birthday person didn’t have the cake! How embarrassing!!! SUB SERVICE STANDARDS….one star is more than generous. The owner basically doesn’t admit it is their error….once ordered online…why do I have to make a call and reiterate it again!! WE DID THAT AS WELL AND STILL THEY COULDN’T GET IT RIGHT!!! HOW INCOMPETENT CAN THEY BE?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. This is my go-to place to purchase all my cakes. I always order and pick up. My last experience was terrible. I purchased a strawberry cheesecake as suggested by the sales women, and when I got home all my family could taste was flour. Absolutely no cheese. When I called, they asked me to take the cake back the next morning to be analyzed by the boss. What baloney is that? Customer solution skills are very poor and sucks. Be careful when purchasing from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband ordered my birthday cake here because he enjoys their fresh bread. He wanted the cake for today but they called him yesterday telling him that the cake is ready for pickup. The fondant icing was very dry and the entire cake decor was almost falling apart. Maybe because it’s a day old but the pricing for the quality? It was definitely not worth $120. We are never ordering here ever again. Disappointed.

This place is my go to when ever you need fresh made baked goods. Keep up the good job everyone. One of the best bakery’s hands down. Great service as well??

Customer service was great. I informed the employee that this was my first time at this location. I asked them for their recommendations regarding what I should get aside from the obvious picks - cannoli's, tiramisu, etc.
The desserts were made in store - I found that some of the dessert lacked flavor. Example the tiramisu cake barely any coffee taste/aroma. All the cakes were extremely moist and the icing for each went well. The star of the bundle I received was the strawberry tart.
They also sell fresh bread and other bakery delites. It is definitely worth visiting this local bakery if you are around.
In store promo - Buy 6 dessert items and save tax amount.
