★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems like the only person who can follow through on your requests for how you would like your braids done is Monica. Unfortunately she wasn't there when I went to get my hair done so I had to settle - BIG MISTAKE. My braids came out completely different from how I told the stylist I wanted them done! I wanted medium box braids and I wanted it full, I showed a picture and everything only to have the finishing results be different sizes and the back beyond thin. I was beyond upset and on top of that I had to pay $130 ! It's not even like I had her wash my hair or anything, I just got the braids done and it didn't even turn out the way I wanted them to be so that made me more upset. I will never return here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I come hair, they always try to force a horrible braider on me or ask you to do another hairstyle, because they have overbooked themselves. They have a second braider who clearly shouldn’t be braiding peoples hair. After I came by 9am for a hair appointment,I waited till 12pm before anyone touched my hair and then was passed to the lady who didn’t know how to make hair, after we started and the hair wasn’t nice , I complained and was asked to wait for the owner to be done. I waited for another 1 hour, only to be told that I needed to reschedule to another day, because she had more customers waiting and she can’t do my hair alone ,on that day. They act like we don’t pay for this service. Very rude and unprofessional. I am never coming back here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for medium knotless braids it wasn’t even up to waist length she charged me $140 plus the hair was not neat, instead of knotless braids she did single braids and she did something I didn’t ask for!! Don’t come to this salon save your money ! The $140 she charged there was no hair included, I didn’t buy the hair from her even .
