★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small location. Tidy and not busy at all. There are usually never more than 4 or 5 people shopping around. Not much variety. There is a pharmacy to fill prescriptions(pharmacists are polite). I really never see any employees around when I have questions. On a couple of occasions I waited almost 10 minutes at the cashier and just ended up leaving because no one came around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The other day I went to this Rexall I got there before they closed yet somehow the doors were locked already and I was waving for somebody because it was not closing time yet I still have two minutes before closing by the time the gentleman walk to the door it was closing time I needed to get something for my kids he then looked at his manager and proceeded to tell me that I could not come in because the store was closed my problem with this is the doors are locked before closing part. this is not a good practice. I am still really upset

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy was great - in and out.
Main cash today was run by an older male who attempted to individually scan x40 packs of wipes for a customer.
He was struggling, the system was getting confused, and he was out loud complaining his frustration and holding up a line of 5 people, including me.
"Why don't you hit 'batch 40' and scan the item once?" I asked.
"This system doesn't do it...." he said.
"All systems do it, it's to spare confusion and glitches like what you're having now."
"OKAY - well it does it, but they didn't teach me, I mean..." he then paged some non-existent employee to no avail.
He also got smirky and snide, asking if I'd like to wait *even* longer while he goes off to learn how to do it right.
A useless employee, a horrible attitude, and I'm 100% going to ANY other location than here.
I drove off and left my items and the frustrated lineup of 5 people behind to presumably die of old age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my Pfizer second dose here and was administered by Dr. Tarzi. She was very helpful and cooperative. I highly recommend this Rexal location if you want your vaccination without any appointments or long ques for walk ins

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marie from Pharmacy - 1 Star for your Lack of Professionalism when dealing with Personal Information during Covid Vaccinations. Read Outloud my Home Address with other Customers nearby. Had to Stop her before more of my Personal Info was Announced to me !

Order your prescription a day ahead, you still wait an hour for them once you come in. Not prepared ahead. What's the use?
They don't check the meds thoroughly and leave out one of the two ordered! How inept can you be? And charge me again for something already paid for?
