★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be the place where I could go to to get money advances but the last 2 transactions charged me almost $100 for mistakes the service representatives made. Both times the representative put wrong dates on my pay period which charges me personally an extra charge for something that I did not do. I’ve spoken to multiple representatives who are very nice and apologetic but the manager has no customer service training. I understand if you do not speak English very well but there is a difference between understanding what the customer needs and finding a possible way to find it than saying no and wasting the customers time.
