★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met the most sweetest person while going to exchange some money in US dollars. Her name is Priscilla Silva and I cannot express how helpful outgoing and informative she was on my first visit to Continental Currency Exchange! Truly the definition of good customer service. Now I go more often to this specific location just to have her help me exchange my money! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with the demeanor of the woman at the counter; she came off as condescending when I should've found her helpful. Unfortunately I'll likely have to return as they are the closest to me and the easiest place to access.
Update: We (my husband was present this time) had to go back after all, before our trip. We got the same woman and she wouldn't even look at us. No greeting. She said as little as possible, and we were thankful when the interaction ended. Really not happy. I've worked in customer service for almost 20 years and people who are consistently unhappy like this should not be facing the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using the Continental Yorkdale currency exchange for the past 5 years. whenever I go on vacation or work trip.
What I love is their willingness to beat the bank rates whenever you come to them with the standard rate. Also, if you get some other competitors rates just give them a call and you can request that they beat that as well!!
Recently I had a small issue and Kyle from their offices got back to me immediately and rectified it. I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i came in to exchange a significant amount of currency, I was helped by Priscilla who was very professional. She made sure that I was helped, got what I needed and was very attentive. At the end of the transaction I requested a security escort to my car and she was happy to call Yorkdale security to assist. Overall I am happy with the service and will be back in the future! Keep up the great work Priscilla!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a staff member name Stephanie James that works at the Currency Exchange booth. She is far most the most helpful person that i have encounter. The service she gave me was amazing and highly recommend for anyone passing Yorkdale to see her for advice, service. She signed me up for the one card and by most beneficial use for travelling outside to the States. Efficient and good service!

She went above and beyond just to help me and make me feel welcome. It's my first time here so she gave me suggestions on places to visit so that i would enjoy my short stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please change your hours posting. The Google search & 2 walls of the mall says 10-8 Mondays - Fridays, then the booth/glasses says 7PM, make up your mind coz we traveled FAR to make currency exchange.
