★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a PSW looking after a client currently and wanted the best for the patient so decided to transfer his medications due to compliance medications. The pharmacist was very rude and said I was “forcing” the patient to. Very bad experience. They care for $ more than the patient’s health

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this pharmacy to get a traveling Covid test done. Everything went smooth until I went home and check the paper, my date of birth was wrong although I give them my ID card. Called and the pharmacist is to ask me if I told her my date of birth. So I told the Guy on the phone that I give my ID card to her and all she asked for was my phone number. He’s trying to blame me for them getting my date of birth wrong even though they had my ID card and didn’t ask no other questions than what’s my phone number. So now I have to pay another 20 something dollars to go back and get it change with Uber. Am from the US. I spent all my Canadian money because I was going back to the US the next day, that’s why I had to use Uber. I know everyone makes mistake but take accountability right away don’t try blame me. Outrageous!!
