★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually one of my favourite intersections in the city. I know everything about this neighbourhood; I lived in it for 30 years.
Today, in particular my time at the bus stop, was absurd. How is it possible that downtown, where I now reside is virtually entirely clear of snow from common pedestrian areas but even this long after that very heavy snowfall and storm there are still huge swaths of this area in Toronto that remain buried?
Though some snow has been removed recently, Keele Street, between Lawrence Avenue West and the 401, remains a disgrace. How can this city will have areas this large still buried? For lengthy, continuous stretches of Keele Street the sidewalk cannot be seen; let alone the danger of the inability to see the curb and where the road begins in relation to the sidewalk BUILT FOR PEDESTRIANS.
