She is the rudest and worst person I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I loathe having to pick up packages here. :)
N	N S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent service when you come in. But awful when it comes to picking up the phone. They never pick up the phone and NEVER return your voicemail. Why have a phone number if you won't pick up?!

Recently, likely due to the pandemic, I noticed that they're sometimes closed when the hours say they're supposed to be open (ie; Sat 9am-6pm when going in at 2pm). If their hours are different temporarily, they don't have it mentioned anywhere. kind of annoyed that I don't know when I can go in and get my stuff.

Instead of just checking my lotto tickets for me he told me to go to the self check machine. I obviously would have done that if another person wasn't using it. He didn't treat me with respect. He chose to help a lady standing in line behind me. He refused to do it then I just walked out. Zero freaking stars for me!!
