β β β β β Was on time for my ultrasound and had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the receptionist to wrap up her conversation about her passport. With a full bladder I asked how long it will be which she said the dr is with a patient. I asked her to check because at this point I know she has no idea what is going on. Went to the back and all of a sudden the dr is available but she still needs to register me. I asked for my health card and walked out. Will never go back.

β β β β β I have been coming to this location since I was pregnant with my son 9 years ago. Of course the location was in the middle of the strip where the pizza pizza is and moved to the timmies side but the staff are the same, which is a blessing. I always get treated with so much respect and kindness. I dont really know any of the other ultrasound techs so I can't speak on them with experience, but Brian is my go-to-guy. He is so thorough and gentle. He always asks if your okay, to let him know if anything is hurting or bothersome. He is the best. I literally do not like going to any other place. I live in the Don mills area of scarbourough and I will gladly make my way to the west end of Toronto just to be sure I am seen by Brian because I know , the results will be as accurate as possible and I am in good hands. Once you find a place with people who are passionate about the work they do, you never go anywhere else. Your trust becomes solely theirs to keep.
If you want results that are thorough and a team that respect you and are gentle and kind, this is your place to go.

Got an appointment for 12pm (I had to go back to work after the ultrasound), I spent an hour waiting for a room, and then another hour on my side for the technician to come back for my ultrasound. I ended up leaving with getting the ultrasound done!

β β β β β Why is it that health industries can't control keeping appointments? Why am I here on time and have to wait more than half an hour? My time is just as valuable and I have other plans accordingly through out the day which you guys just messed up. Pls realize other people's time is valuable as yours is.
