★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understaffed and overpriced delivery services, money is definitely being made why not have two staff working during the day? Spent 35 minutes in line and paid 13$ to send a small bubble mailer weighing less than a pound approximately 40 kilometers. Should have spent the hour to drive there and back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service at the Jane and finch location, inside the shoppers, they really don’t know how to talk to people properly. Worst part about it, I only went in to pick up a package that should’ve been delivered to my door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am leaving this review for the drivers and the policies of canada post in this area. No where does it state that delivery drivers do not come up past the 2nd floor for "safety purposes" nor do they contcat the customer by phone or lobby buzzer to receive their package. Instead you will be waiting to receive a package and get a notice that you can pick it up the next day at their location. Extreamly unhappy with Canada post lately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 3 Indian lady's that work there at the evening shift are some of the most disrespectful people I've ever met one time before there's two cashs both worked then the line started she went to hide in the back and not help a single person then when everyone left I waiting 20 seconds to see her go back out the office and use the cash register she is the biggest most rudest person their and she's the manager for the evening shift!!! Total disrespect and disregard for anyone and anything...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear lady at the post office, if you don't like your job. Do quit... don't take your bitterness out on me, it's unprofessional and tactless.
I'll give this location the benefit of the doubts by saying that the staffs there are poorly trained to handle customers. If Starbucks can shut down it's stores to retrained their staffs, so can you... here's are some topics I suggest that you should review again. 1. The differences between a unit number vs. street number 2. The differences between a condo vs. apartment. 3. Yelling vs. not yelling.
And just in case it's not common knowledge; you need customers to keep your business running; so it's in your favour to keep them remotely happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear manager lady, please treat your workers with some respect. I came in one day with you lecturing one of your post clerks at the register, and she looked embarrassed. Have some respect and take them to the back when you need to correct them for their mistakes. I've been coming here and notice that she talks and treats customers like nuisances, and it's beyond rude. How would you feel if someone spoke to your family the way you treat customers?
