2) Flight is delayed 1.5 hr and arrive 20 minutes before 11pm.
3) Girl calls National to ensure someone is present at the counter. National rep assures girl that they’re aware of the flight delay and stay to fulfill current reservations.
4) Girl gets through customs, goes to rental car counter at 11:15pm….
No one is at the counter and keys are not in the car. And I have a 2 hour drive ahead of me…with no vehicle.
Girl heads to Hertz and Avis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some slight problems with the pick up… But dealing with Manik the station manager he made it so much easier and honestly took care of everything. Super friendly, and you can see he is doing an amazing job to turn things around now that travel is coming back after COVID 19
100% coming back to National for the emerald isle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shout out to Joshua Sears at National Car Rental. During a period when there was a shortage of cars available, he had numerous irate customers to deal with. It could have gotten ugly. Somehow Joshua remained calm, collected and professional the entire time. I've worked in numerous customer service positions and I was highly impressed with Joshua's professionalism. He managed to diffuse a few difficult situations with quiet confidence. We will use National again if we know Joshua will be handling our booking!

I understand how difficult it must be to work a Customer Service role during Covid and I appreciate all the help and kindness provided to me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very smooth experience. The check-in guy was very professional and my rental car was in great condition and perfectly clean. We returned the car after hours and they emailed my closing invoice as soon as the place opened in the AM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really easy pick up and drop off. Car was perfect and exceeded all expectations. I was supposed to pick up from the south terminal but was accommodated at the terminal I landed at without hassle or extra cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kai was quite friendly, but it did not make up for the worst National experience I've ever had. I rent a car every week with National locations and expect to be able to choose either a premium model or large vehicle from the Executive area. There were literally zero cars available. I had to wait a moderate amount of time for a "compact SUV" to be provided. I didn't have a choice of any other model. Management needs to quickly figure out how to fix this location, likely including hiring more staff and buying more cars.
