Will never rent at this location again. Rented a one way vehicle to Surrey just for the day and they just gave me the keys and paper saying there were no damage on the vehicle. Did not do a walkthrough with me. When I returned the vehicle in Surrey the next day, the guy magically found 2 small dents on the vehicle that you can barely see. Now I’m having to deal with getting it fixed for them. I did not even drive the vehicle for most of the day when I had it. It was just parked. My mistake was not being thorough at checking the vehicle before driving away and trusting them to have done the work. Great scammers!

Rented a car a while ago. Really appreciate the manager Sam for his patience and professionalism. I was given a vehicle smaller than I expected and when I mentioned it to him, he offered several options for me and stayed with me the whole time to made sure I get the car I want.

Our flight was delayed. Enterprise website says they will wait 2 more hours for delay. I already input my flight number on the reservation. It was 30min after closing, Nobody was there. There were more than 15 people same as me, flight delayed, booked Enterprise. All other companies were working. Only Enterprise/National/Alamo were closed.

We loved renting this car from enterprise! She took us 3200+km from our pick up in Regina to our drop off in Vancouver. I dropped the rental off the night before we flew back home. It was a bit of a wait to drop it off but I did so around a busy time as other flights came in & people were there picking up cars. *** I would recommend booking in advance when looking to rent a car from any of the rental places as all were sold out the evening I returned our rental & many people walked away without *** The staff member was professional & also I dropped it off in the wrong area, he said it was alright & would move it for me. Drop off was easy & I loved having the unlimited KM as apart of our rental. So many did not pick this option & I overheard complaints about paying more than their original agreement because they knowingly went over KM Thank you ENTERPRISE for your vehicle & professionals who helped make our dream family vacation as smooth as possible! The VW Jetta was very easy to navigate the flat prairies & windy uphill mountain sides. It was SO GOOD on gas & had a lot of room for myself, husband & two pre teen gals PLUS our luggage X4 & their backpacks +ours! Highly recommend!!!

YVR location has amazing associates. Very helpful. Great to work with and helped me with options available to me. And they do carry some high-end vehicles at this location.

We had to change the rental car reservation 5 times because Air Canada kept changing our flight around Thanksgiving. Enterprise at Vancouver Airport didn't charge a single change fee and was over and above helpful every time. The "contact us" number routed you to a person quickly; I never had to wait more than 2 minutes. Our flight was delayed and Enterprise said they would keep the counter open for 2 extra hours till 1am for us to pick up the car. The wait to get the car was longer than I would have liked, but it was only because the agent was making sure every person was well taken care of, had the car they needed (especially for a family that needed to drive around the washed out roads), and made sure they got all the special rates they could qualify for. Sadly I don't remember the agents name, but he was amazing. I am now a lifelong Enterprise loyal customer. The van we rented was extremely clean, well maintained, and big enough for a group of 5 adults plus ski gear. It was also the best rate of any car company at the airport. 10/10

Please be cautious and critical in renting from this location. Why? Aside from our brutal or inhuman experience, there are still numerous reasons. First, the car tire given to us at Abbottsford Airport was unsafe (see attached picture). Second, Katleya and her co-worker were both unprofessional: no apologies or β€œsorry” (as if it were our fault), doubtful looks and gestures were displayed (negative vibes) during and after the conversation. Third, although the replacement car arrived, they let us wait outside the parking lot – left cold in chilled in the middle of December of 2021 – on our vacation time, waiting for more than one hour. Can you imagine how inhumane it was for us (6 persons) who just had a near-death experience? Overall, despite the near-death experience of falling on a cliff in Whistler due to low-quality tires, we, a group of six friends, are more appalled by the unprofessional, no compassion o no empathy, unacceptable customer service we received from Katleya and her colleague on December 10, 2021, around 9 pm. So please be forewarned before going and renting; we hope you don’t experience what we experienced.

I really was not expecting such a sweet ride at a sweet price during Canada day weekend at an airport location. I was so impressed with how each service agent wanted me and my 5 friends to feel like their #1 customers. They even provided me a list of local recommendations of places to go. My flight arrived early so I had to wait till my scheduled check-in time. It was DEFINITELY worth the wait. I am glad I did not insist on an earlier time like other customers because at 12:30, an immaculately, fresh set of wheels rolled in. Took this beauty across the west coast and had an amazing time filming GoPro videos of BC from the sunroof. Thank you SO much Enterprise!! I will only rent from you whenever I am in BC!
