As a business owner this is very costly. They said they left me a message a few weeks prior. Didn’t happen. Find it peculiar that they would call the same day as original schedule.
C	C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse clinic I have ever experienced. Rushes diagnosis, improper diagnosis, and brushes things off to push prescriptions. Don’t waste your time and find a new clinic.
J	Jane O'Connor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I was able to give zero stars. Dr. Beverly Saul-Duke is the most arrogant, disrespectful, dismissive human beings I’ve ever encountered. Not only did she send my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, twice, leaving me on a scavenger hunt to find it, she decided to argue back at me “I am the one who went to medical school.” Extremely degrading personality. She decided to insult me to make herself feel all high and mighty. Looking here I can see her name mentioned in such a negative light, and I’m really wondering if anything can be done about this. She is extremely unprofessional. As a doctor, it is imperative to show compassion and unfortunately I received none from her.
T	Taylor Costa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience start to finish. As others have said, the reception staff was rude and unhelpful both times I've been. When I presented my medical concerns, the physician was dismissive and asked, verbatim, "Well what do you want me to do about it?". Rude, arrogant and judgemental. I'm still a little stunned that these folks work in health care when they show such disrespect for the patients that walk in the door. Do not go to this clinic unless you have no other option.

Time came and went took 10 calls to the clinic for anyone to even speak with me instead of hanging up on me. Then they claimed I never made an appointment while I was staring at the email confirmation. She then hung up on me and when I'd try to call back I'd get sent to the delta clinic instead.
J	Jonathan Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS CLINIC!!! LAZY AND UNORGANIZED!! Booked appointment online for 4pm. I was patiently waiting from the time of my appointment, did not receive any calls so I called the clinic to see what was going on. Receptionist informed me doctor was running late, which is understandable. Doctor calls at 4:16pm, sadly our call did not connect due to my spam call blocker. I immediately call the clinic 4:17pm gave them another number they could reach me at. Waited til 4:35pm no call still, I reached out to them again. Receptionist informed me doctor was on another call already. SO they skipped me even though I called IMMEDIATELY to give them a number they could reach me at. Frustrated but waited again. 5:21pm NO CALL STILL. Called them again to see what's going on. NO ANSWER from my phone or the other phone I called from. Ghosted.
M	MK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic ever, the doctor improperly diagnosed me with high blood pressure ( I’m a 29 y/o athlete ) She immediately forced prescription drugs on me and told me she wouldn’t be liable if I suffered a severe outcome from not taking them. I went in again a few weeks later to check if it was still “high” and she confirmed it was. Finally, I went in a third time a week later to check. She said “oh this seems a bit tight, let’s try a different arm cuff” which was clearly a better fit for my arm size. When she switched to the new arm cuff, blood pressure came back completely fine. Are you kidding me? Not only did she almost put me on drugs that I didn’t need for no reason, but the stress and confusion this causes in one’s life…. Avoid this scam of a doctors clinic. She’s causing more harm than good.
