A	Arnold Machel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't trust the times on their door or their web site or Google as they don't update them. Wasted 45 minutes waiting. Everything indicated 9AM opening for clinic. Finally somebody shows up at 9:20, but he tells me he's only there for the pharmacy. Doc not coming in today. I would have been better off waiting in emerg. At least that would have been warm and inside.

She will get you a specialist referral quickly if need be. She also shows a real concern for her patients. I would always recommend her. Thank You Dr. Akbar for your kind service.

I had a couple tests done a couple years ago and haven’t gotten the test results back. Another thing is I called them to ask about a referral and the receptionist was giving me false information and was extremely rude to me and completely ignored me, I definitely will be finding a new doctor. I’m not impressed

I wasnt much satisfied before from reception staff when they were in surrey at old location. I found now at the new location their reception staff is very nice and helpfull. Overall dr Akbar is very very professional-God bless you doctor.

She is intelligent and very knowledgeable and at the same time very polite and soft-spoken! All our family members and friends will continue to visit her in her awesome new clinic in a very convenient location! We recommend her highly, whoever is looking for a highly experienced, professional doctor for their families.
R	Ryan Sarah Schillings on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst administrative I have ever seen!!! Emails and DOCTORS NOTE extremely unprofessional. We requested a doctors note and the note that was given to us had multiple spelling and grammatical errors. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Can't say I'm surprised based on how email correspondence goes. Every single email is sloppy. I would not recommend this clinic at all due to the lack of professionalism the administrative team is presenting.

Unfortunately, seems like the administrative team working in the office is not doing their job properly. They are extremely unprofessional, replying to my emails with “BOOK AN APPOINTMENT” after I did have an appointment and was simply sending files the Dr. had requested me to send. Taking almost a week to respond. I would NOT recommend this clinic.
