★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly staff. Parked in their stall as I was going to make a purchase in their store. Then realized my wallet was with my wife. Was waiting to meet my wife at a store she was in when a oversized lady who worked at Biscuit, rudely yelled at me in front of my 2 year old, to move my car out of their stall. I said I'm meeting my wife here to grab my wallet and I'll be at their store. She yelled back and said you better or else I'm towing your car. Regardless of her rude behavior, I still went to their store only to be embarrassed by the same unprofessional lady, who yelled at me "I can't help you right now" in front of customers and her other staff who was standing there doing nothing. This type of behavior will never succeed in a business. Don't be fooled by the other reviews. What happened to me today says the truth about them. Please consider going elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favorite pet shop by far, the owners and staff are very knowledgeable and they carry lots of great products. My dogs love coming here and the staff always welcomes them, they make shopping here feel more like a social visit than an errand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So glad that my friend referred me to this location after our dog was experiencing issues with his diet. The staff is amazing and took their time to understand what our dog's diet consisted of, as well as his behavioural traits. Leo is doing fantastic and healthier than ever since the owner of the location suggested switching his diet completely and all the free coaching on correcting his behaviour was a true bonus! We drive 30 kilometres to this location and all for a good reason. Thank you Bone & Biscuit South Surrey, you guys are amazing!
